The National System for Conformity Attestation of the Republic of Belarus was developed in 2004 in substitution of the National System for Certification taking into account international and European requirements.

At the moment it consists of 17 basic technical codes of good practice and a complex of the technical normative legal acts establishing the order of certification of uniform products and services.
