The State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus establishes the following types of technical normative legal acts (TNLA):

• Technical codes of good practice (TCP);
• Governmental standards (GOST, STB);
• State classifiers of technical and economical information.

Gosstandart provides explanations on issues of application of TCP, GOST and STB approved by it and also technical regulations according to the resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by which these documents were approved.
