Voluntary conformity attestation is carried out in respect of any subject matters of conformity assessment for compliance with the technical requirements of the technical codes of common practice, governmental standards of the Republic of Belarus, specifications, international standards, intergovernmental standards and other regional standards, other documents in the field of technical norm-setting and standardization that are not technical normative legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, and civil law contracts, including foreign trade contracts.
