Conformity certificates issued during the voluntary certification are prepared on the document form with a certain degree of protection.

Information on them is recorded in the Register of the National system of conformity attestation of the Republic of Belarus.

The corresponding conformity marks are applied on the conformity certificate forms issued during voluntary certification:

- conformity mark used for products, work, services, personnel competence

- conformity mark used for management systems (an example of the mark for the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001)

These marks can also be applied to products, its package, operational and accompanying documents, used in print media, on websites, exhibitions, fairs, etc. to inform consumers and other interested parties about the voluntary certification procedures conducted by the organization.

With regard to organic products, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated November 9, 2018 No. 144-Z “On the production and circulation of organic products” provides the “Organic product” mark applied to a package or other type of information carrier attached to the package.

All abovementioned marks are implemented on a voluntary basis.
