The section “Questions and Answers” is an additional way of providing information to legal entities and individuals on issues that arise in their practice and fall within the competence of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus
Answers to questions submitted to this section are for information only and they are posted on the website in the appropriate sectionsor can be sent to a specific applicant by e-mail.
Please be aware ,that for clarification of the application of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus (TR BY) you should contact the entitled organizations. Look through the relevant list here.
As for technical regulations of the Customs Union (EAEU), the Eurasian Economic Commission is entitled to interpret them officially. In this regard, in order to receive an official response, it is recommended to send your questions to this permanent regulatory body of the EAEU.
You can also contact the republican government authorities responsible for the adopted technical regulations of the Customs Union (EAEU) or the organizations authorized by them. Their answers will be for information only.
Issues that are outside the competence of Gosstandart are not accepted for consideration.
