Vitaly Kretski was Born in Grodno region in 1985.

He graduated with honours from the Belarusian State Technological University in 2007 and from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2021.

He started his career at the Department of Energy Efficiency as being a student in 2006, having risen from the specialist to the head of the department of legal affairs, personnel policy and communications.

According to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 701 of December 7, 2021, he has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus – Director of the Department of Energy Efficiency.
