Valentin B. Tataritsky was born Minsk region on 1963. 

In 1986 he graduated from the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute with the speciality in “semiconductors and dielectrics”. 

From 1986 till 1999 - he worked as an engineer in different levels of management of the factory “Sensor” of Minsk production association “Horizont” and created on its basis the scientific and industrial complex of microelectronics “Signal”. 

Since 1999 he held executive positions in JSC “Rudensk” and in 2009 was appointed its director. 

In the same year he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus with the specialty in “Economics and Management at the Enterprise of Industry”. 

He is a deputy of the Minsk regional Council of deputies. 

From 2015 to 2019 – First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 24 of January 15, 2019 was appointed Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus.
